Kitchen gardens are changing. Whether it’s a walled garden or a windowsill, people are increasingly prioritising flavour over yield, and trying lesser-known flavours alongside the best of the familiar. A Taste of the Unexpected challenges us to look at our kitchen gardens anew, to consider them as sources of pleasure as much as simply growing spaces. Expect to be introduced to some herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables that you’ll want to add to your garden. You’ll taste and smell one or two as well.

A lunch event with cocktails made to Mark’s kitchen garden recipes and a light lunch (2 mini cocktails included in the price). Cocktail jugs available to buy.
